B SIDES Jeans accepts returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed denim within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items and include the original packing slip. Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned denim, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
